All recording sessions begin at 7PM unless otherwise specified by recording staff.
The $200 deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of payment is due at the end of your recording session.
We are able to reschedule your date twice. If a change needs to be made after the 3rd date, a new deposit of $200 will need to be made.
We ask that only people essential to the session are present. (musicians, videographer, producer, etc.) If you have more than 2 non-essential guests, you must request permission. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee if more staff are needed.
We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the building, however, smoking is permitted outside.
Regardless of intent to film or usage of the material, a media release must be filled out.
